Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and technically proficient Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing team in the field of Building Automation and BMS. This role requires a dynamic professional with a strong foundation in HVAC systems, instrumentation, electrical components, and home automation. You will act as a key link between our technical teams and customers, providing solutions that meet their needs and supporting the sales process from a technical standpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Understand customer requirements and propose tailored automation and BMS solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services.
• Support the sales team with technical expertise during pre- and post-sales phases.
• Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and system architectures.
• Conduct site visits, assessments, and surveys as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering, project, and service teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Stay updated on market trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and client meetings as needed.
• Travel to client locations for meetings, site evaluations, and project support.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Building Automation, BMS, and HVAC industry.
• Good knowledge of instrumentation, HVAC systems, electrical components, and home automation solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Systematic and proactive work approach with eagerness to learn and adapt.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working with BMS platforms like Delta Controls, Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, or Johnson Controls.
• Familiarity with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, KNX.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Visio, or other design tools.
• Project management or sales experience in the MEP or automation sector.
