We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) and Automation. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in HVAC, instrumentation, electrical systems, and home automation, with hands-on experience throughout the full project lifecycle—from design and programming to testing and commissioning. This role is suited for a detail-oriented, proactive engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving technical challenges.

• Design and develop BMS and automation system architectures based on project requirements.

• Create and manage I/O point lists, shop drawings, schematic diagrams, riser diagrams, and control panel layouts.

• Develop and test system programming and logic using standard BMS platforms, protocols, and home automation solutions.

• Conduct on-site surveys for existing installations to propose effective automation solutions.

• Provide technical support during pre-sales, project execution, and post-installation phases.

• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications.

• Prepare technical documentation and contribute to successful project handovers.

• Stay current with emerging automation technologies, tools, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or mechatronics Engineering.

• 3–5 years of proven experience in BMS, automation, and HVAC control systems.

• Proficiency in control system design, PLC/DDC programming, and system integration.

• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Visio, and BMS platforms.

• Familiarity with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, KNX, etc.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

• Systematic, proactive work approach with a passion for continuous learning.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

• Strong team collaboration and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
